Nick Shah brings over 35 years of international experience in law enforcement, crisis response and corporate security.
A former Senior Officer with the UK’s National Crime Agency, Nick has worked on serious and organised crime, high-risk kidnap and extortion cases, and security strategy for governments and multinational organisations.
He has represented the UK at international forums, developed security policies and authored guidance for organisations including the United Nations. He was awarded an OBE in 2019 for his contributions to law enforcement and diversity.
Nick founded SJ Group International to bring together expertise in security, negotiation and crisis management. He leads a team drawn from military, law enforcement and private-sector backgrounds.
