Paul Fullwood
Director of Investigations

Paul Fullwood is Director of Investigations at SJ Group International, a former Assistant Chief Constable and a former Executive Director of the Security Industry Authority, the body that regulates the UK private security industry and is the regulator for Martyn's Law. He has more than 35 years of experience across policing, government and regulation, and served as the National Police Chiefs' Council lead for Strategic Investigation.

Paul is a College of Policing Associate and regularly advises and lectures senior law enforcement leaders on complex crime and operational leadership.
At SJ Group International, he leads complex and sensitive investigations, supports clients through crisis response, and advises on security governance, including helping venues, event organisers and corporates prepare for Martyn's Law.
