Sarah Shah

Sarah Shah is Group Business Director at SJ Group International and the first point of contact for many of the firm's clients and their advisers. She leads the firm's commercial operations, client engagement and business development, working alongside founder Nick Shah OBE and the senior consultant team.

Sarah spent 16 years as a financial adviser, giving her a strong grounding in governance, risk, client advice and commercial strategy. After moving overseas in 2014, she went on to run her own coaching business before joining SJ Group International.

When a family, family office or law firm gets in touch, Sarah is often the first person they speak to. She makes sure each client is matched with the right specialists, that engagement terms are clear from the start, and that the firm's experts can focus on the work itself.
